- HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Once your package has been dispatched (approximately 48 hours after you have placed your order) you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please visit the website of the carrier and enter the tracking number, in order to find out the location of your package.
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN LOST?
